According to a recent article in US Wire, our 59 year old president, George Bush is has superior fitness! His category of fitness is ranked in the 99% percentile of men his age! He is considered the most fit president in modern history. He’s not had one day of sickness in the past year and he exercises 6 days a week. His workouts include:
- Bicycling 15-20 miles at 15 to 18 MPH
- Hill-work on a treadmill
- An elliptical trainer
- Free weights
- Stretching
He takes a multivitamin each day, an omega 3 supplement and glucosamine and chondroitin daily! That’s right! Our president takes Glucosamine too!
He weighs 191 pounds (down 8 pounds from a year ago), and his body fat is 15.7%.
